This policy applies to all product lines under neustyle, present and future. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, designed to ensure fairness and prevent fraud.
Before dispatch: You may cancel for a full refund. Email sales@neustyles.com immediately.
After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled; follow the Return procedure.
Custom/Personalized Items: Cancellations not accepted once production starts (e.g., engraved pieces, made-to-order garments, custom leather). This applies across all product categories.
Window: 7 days from delivery (domestic Pakistan), 14 days (international) to report a return.
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, unused, with original packaging, tags, hygiene seals intact.
Non-Returnable (strict):
Earrings, body jewelry, hair accessories (hygiene)
Made-to-order, personalized, customized items
Sale, clearance, or “Final Sale” items
Food, beverages, water products (once seal broken, for health safety)
Garments with removed tags or deodorant/perfume marks
Email sales@neustyles.com with order number, reason, and photos. For defective/wrong item claims, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory (see Section 6).
Our error: We cover shipping.
Change of mind: You pay return shipping. Use a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Processed within 7-15 business days after inspection.
Prepaid orders (Safepay): Refund to original payment method. No Safepay fee for refunds.
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash. A deduction up to 5% may apply to cover payment gateway & handling if returned for non-defect reasons.
International: Shipping, customs, duties non-refundable.
Store credit option: Get 10% extra if you choose store credit.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to return abuse and scams. By ordering, you agree to the following measures:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any claim of defect, damage, wrong item, or empty box, you must provide a continuous, unedited video starting from the sealed package, showing the label, and fully opening it. No video = no claim.
Order Verification: We may call/WhatsApp to confirm COD orders. Unverified orders will be cancelled.
Photographic Evidence: We record every order being packed and sealed with the shipping label. This is our evidence in disputes.
Blacklisting: Customers involved in fraudulent returns, chargeback abuse, or repeated claims will be permanently blacklisted and reported to industry fraud networks (e.g., SafeShip Pakistan).
Chargeback Fraud: For prepaid orders disputed without return, we will provide Safepay with packing videos and delivery proof. You remain liable for the full amount plus any chargeback fees.
Legal Action: Fraudulent activity may result in civil/criminal proceedings under Pakistan’s Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and applicable consumer laws.
