• “neustyle” is a sole proprietorship owned by Muhammad Anas Qureshi, located in Pakistan (address: [insert]).

• “You” are the customer using our website and ordering products.

2. Acceptance
By placing an order, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.

3. Business Structure
As a sole proprietorship, Muhammad Anas Qureshi has unlimited personal liability for obligations arising from the business.

4. Products & Multi-Category
We currently sell jewelry. In the future, garments, shoes, water, food, and more will be added. All products are subject to these Terms.

5. Orders & Payment

• We accept COD, bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa (domestic), and card payments via Safepay.

• We reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders.

6. Pricing
All prices in PKR. International customers bear currency conversion and any customs duties.

7. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you upon handover to courier. Undeliverable packages returned to us will be refunded minus shipping charges.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property. No reproduction without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the order value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Disputes & Governing Law
Governed by Pakistani law, courts of Peshawar have jurisdiction. Attempt amicable resolution first via sales@neustyles.com.
